Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years in data security, information security, or data protection with 3+ years leading a team.
• Expert level experience with data loss prevention and protection technologies in a large enterprise.
• Knowledge of GDPR/CCPA and privacy regulations; experience with data governance.
• Experience developing policy, training, and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Build and oversee BW’s Data Security program across IT and business functions.
• Define data loss prevention strategy and policies; ensure regulatory compliance.
• Advise leadership and the Board on data security risks and mitigations.
• Establish governance for AI content usage and data protection.
• Lead insider risk program and data security incident response planning.
