Job summary

Cognizant in Charlotte, NC is seeking a Data Security Delivery Lead / Manager to oversee end-to-end service delivery for enterprise Data Protection. You will manage across DSPM, Cryptographic Services, and Data Masking programs, ensuring SLA adherence, quality, and customer satisfaction.

This role requires strong governance, agile leadership, and the ability to coordinate multiple teams in a fast-paced environment. Note: visa transfer or sponsorship is not available now or in the future.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in IT service delivery, cybersecurity delivery, or program management.
• Experience managing large-scale security, infrastructure, or managed services engagements.
• Strong knowledge of Data Security, DSPM, Cryptographic Services, and Data Masking.
• Experience with SLA/KPI management, stakeholder engagement, and executive reporting.
• Agile, Scrum, and backlog management; ITIL processes; and voting governance.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end service delivery across Data Protection programs, ensuring SLAs, KPIs, quality, and client commitments.
• Lead daily governance, delivery reviews, incident management, and backlog prioritization.
• Manage governance forums, stakeholder reviews, status reporting, and executive communications.
• Coordinate delivery across DSPM, Cryptographic Services, and Data Masking teams.
• Monitor metrics, performance, capacity planning, and workload distribution.
• Drive risk, issue, dependency, escalation, and change management processes.
• Partner with client stakeholders to address priorities and maintain satisfaction.
• Facilitate Agile delivery, sprint planning, backlog governance, and continuous improvement.
• Ensure compliance with security policies and service management practices.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and increase delivery efficiency.
