Job summary
LTIMindtree in Hartford, CT is seeking an experienced Scrum Master with a strong background in Snowflake Data Engineering, Data Warehousing, and Cloud Data Modernization projects. You will drive Agile delivery, manage stakeholders, and ensure successful execution of data initiatives on-site in Hartford.
The role requires leading Scrum ceremonies, removing blockers, and collaborating with Product Owners, Architects, and Data Engineers to maintain momentum and quality.
Qualifications
- 1115 years of overall IT experience with 5 years as a Scrum Master
- Strong expertise in Agile Scrum and SAFe methodologies
- Experience delivering Snowflake Data Warehouse Data Lake ETL/ELT and Data Migration projects
- Good understanding of Snowflake architecture data modeling and cloud platforms AWS/Azure
- Hands-on experience with Jira Azure DevOps or similar Agile tools
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
Responsibilities
- Lead Scrum ceremonies including Sprint Planning Standups Reviews and Retrospectives
- Remove impediments and manage risks dependencies and escalations
- Work closely with Product Owners Architects Data Engineers and business stakeholders
- Track Agile metrics and ensure ontime delivery
- Drive continuous improvement and Agile best practices
- Provide regular project status and stakeholder communication
