Nalley Consulting seeks a Senior Data Scientist to join our Washington, DC team at DIA HQ, Anacostia Bolling. The role requires an active TS/SCI clearance with CI poly and immediate availability for unclassified work during clearance crossover.

The position emphasizes data science/engineering, AI/ML model testing, and collaboration with DoD/IC clients in a fast-paced environment.

Join the Nalley Consulting team as a Data Scientist. Position: Data Scientist LCAT: Senior Location: DIA HQ, Joint Base Anacostia Bolling, Washington, DC Shift: No

Start time: Successful candidates will be able to start immediately on unclassified work while in clearance crossover. Required clearance: Active TS/SCI clearance with active CI poly conducted within the past seven years

Required education: Bachelor's degree or 8+ years of direct data science experience

Required Qualifications

• * Experience in data science/engineering/analytics, statistics, computer science, or related fields
• Possession of excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Possession of excellent interpersonal skills and demonstrated experience collaborating in teams
• Experience in or ability to perform testing and evaluation of AI/ML models
• Experience supporting DoW and/or IC clients
• TS/SCI clearance and current CI Polygraph
• Bachelor's degree or 4+ years of direct experience

Desired Qualifications

• * Degree in quantitative social science, statistics, data science, or computer science
• Experience with LLMs
• Experience performing or supporting all-source analysis
