Job summary

Chopine Analytic Solutions is seeking a Senior Data Scientist in St. Louis, MO, to provide intelligence-focused data science support. The role emphasizes Python scripting, scalable data processes, and producing visualizations for daily operations.

A high tempo environment and CI/Poly clearance readiness are required. Location is on-site in St. Louis with full-time benefits including generous PTO, holidays, and extensive compensation.

Qualifications

• Requires TS/SCI clearance with ability to obtain CI/Poly.
• Background with intelligence experience: analysis and/or data science supporting an intelligence mission.
• Operate at a senior level and independently.
• Create processes around large data sets to identify analytical discoveries.
• Design and implement scalable processes for large and complex datasets.
• Script at a Senior Level in Python; other tools accepted but Python required.
• Translate discoveries into visualizations for daily operations.
• Work in a high tempo environment with multiple projects concurrently.
• Familiarity with IC data repositories.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Requires TS/SCI Clearance with the ability to obtain a CI/Poly.
• Have a background with intelligence experience, where they provided analysis and/or data sciencedirectly supporting an intelligence mission.
• Be able tooperate at a senior level and in an independent environment.
• Be proficient at creating processes around large data sets to identify analytical discoveries,
• Demonstrated proficiency in designing and implementingscalable processes for large and complex datasetsto identify trends, insights, and analytical discoveries.
• Be able toscript at a Senior Level in python.(Other languages, low/code-no/code programs (JEMA, Brewlytics, ArcModel Builder), etc. are great but they must have Python.)
• Be able to take these discoveries and provide them through visualizations that are easily integrated into daily operations.
• Be able to operate in high tempo environment and be able to develop and manage multiple projects and solutions at one time in various stages of implementation.
• Familiarity with common Intelligence Community (IC) data repositories.

COMPENSATION

Base salaries at CAS are determined by various factors, including work location, an individual’s education, knowledge, skills, experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected salary range for this position is $120,000 to $150,000. The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of CAS's total compensation package.
