Job summary

Parafin, Inc. is seeking a data scientist to drive high-impact experiments and models that support growth, portfolio health, and servicing efficiency. You will lead end-to-end projects, collaborate with teams across the company, and apply rigorous statistical reasoning to real-world business challenges.

You’ll build and validate machine-learning solutions, mentor teammates, and help scale data infrastructure while embracing Parafin’s values of efficiency and candor.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS, Stats, Math, Data Science or related field.
• Strong statistical and ML background with rigorous analytical thinking.
• Ability to design metrics, causal inference, and robust models.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end data science projects across growth, portfolio monitoring, and infrastructure.
• Develop and productionize ML models and tooling to impact business outcomes.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across growth, risk, and product to prioritize work.
