This role is a remote work position and can be performed anywhere in the continental US or at our locations in Utah or Arizona.

You Are:

You will build and enhance decision systems and predictive models, gaining deep insights into our customers, processes, products, and financials. Your Day-to-Day

• Build, maintain, and improve decision systems and predictive models to sustain our competitive edge.
• Explore new internal and external data sources to enhance model performance.
• Design and conduct experiments testing new algorithms, technologies, and processes.
• Create prototypes using cutting-edge tools like Shiny for immediate business impact.
• Support strategic decisions through rigorous analytics, deep business understanding, and innovative problem solving.
• Evaluate and help implement emerging analytics technologies and methods.
• Collaborate with a team of data scientists who are passionate and driven.

You’ll Bring

• Master’s degree in a quantitative or technical field (Math, Statistics, Engineering, Economics, Physics, Computer Science, etc.).
• Experience with data exploration and machine learning tools in R or Python.
• Proven ability to apply advanced statistical modeling techniques.
• Skill in designing rigorous research and evaluation approaches based on client needs.
• Strong knowledge of querying languages such as SQL.
• Understanding of modern software development practices, including Scrum/Agile, Git, and DevOps.
• A track record of delivering business results through creative problem solving and careful implementation.

• Additional experience with querying languages and software development practices.
