We are looking to add a Senior Data Scientist to our team! This is a Full-Time position and a Remote role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement optimization algorithms, including gradient descent, linear programming, and curve/function fitting.
• Design and execute advanced marketing analytics techniques, such as Multi-Touch Attribution (MTA), Marketing Mix Modeling (MMM), or incrementality analysis, to evaluate and improve campaign performance.
• Write efficient SQL queries to extract, manipulate, and analyze data from relational databases.
• Build robust models and predictive algorithms using Python, with a strong focus on utilizing libraries such as pandas, scikit-learn, and scipy.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, and engineering, to translate business problems into analytical frameworks.
• Communicate findings, insights, and recommendations effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Continuously identify opportunities to improve existing models and processes.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Data Science, Physics, Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field.
• Proficiency in SQL and Python programming.
• Experience with Python libraries such as pandas, scikit-learn, and SciPy.
• Strong problem-solving skills with a passion for leveraging data to drive business decisions.
• Experience with optimization techniques (e.g., gradient descent, linear programming) and curve/function fitting are nice to have.
• Strong background in marketing analytics, with hands-on experience in MTA, MMM, or incrementality analysis are nice to have.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
