Job summary

Peoplevisor is seeking an experienced Data Scientist to support product, sales, leadership and marketing with insights drawn from company data. The ideal candidate will work with large datasets to uncover opportunities for product and process optimization and to test the effectiveness of different actions.

The role requires strong skills in data mining, model development, algorithm creation, and running simulations to drive business results through data-driven insights.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of experience manipulating data sets and building statistical models.
• Master’s or PhD in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science or another quantitative field.

Responsibilities

• Work with stakeholders to identify opportunities for leveraging company data to drive business solutions.
• Mine and analyze data to drive optimization of product development, marketing techniques and business strategies.
• Develop custom data models and algorithms for data sets.
