PEMCO is seeking an experienced actuarial analyst to provide analytical support for actuarial and product development, conduct predictive modeling, and assist with pricing strategies and financial analysis. The role collaborates with Product Team and other units to deliver business solutions.

Qualifications

• S. degree or equivalent in Actuarial Science, Mathematics, Statistics or related field.
• Approximately 3+ years of experience in actuarial and statistical predictive modeling.
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Proficient with Python, R, SAS and/or SQL.
• Analytical and data-driven: structured thinker using data to drive decisions.
• Experience translating data into actionable insights and working with data models.

Responsibilities

• Provide analytical support for actuarial and product development.
• Conduct predictive modeling and multivariate analysis.
• Assist with the development and implementation of rates, rating plans, pricing strategies and financial analysis.
• Collaborate with Product Team and other business units to provide business solutions.
• Document system workflows and business processes.
