Tata Consultancy Services Limited is seeking a Data Scientist in Minneapolis, MN. The role focuses on advanced analytics, AI, and ML to drive business transformation and data-driven decisions across the enterprise.

You will build predictive models, analyze large datasets, and collaborate with business and technology teams to deliver measurable outcomes. Relevant experience and strong communication are required.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Engineering, Economics, or related quantitative field.
• 3+ years of experience in Data Science, ML, AI, or Advanced Analytics.
• Strong foundation in statistics, predictive modeling, and ML.
• Experience with large-scale datasets.
• Proficiency in Python, SQL, R, or similar languages.
• Experience with ML frameworks such as Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch, XGBoost, or equivalent.
• Knowledge of data visualization and analytical storytelling.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Analyze structured and unstructured datasets to identify trends and insights.
• Develop and deploy predictive, classification, clustering, and optimization models.
• Apply ML, statistics, and AI techniques to solve business problems.
• Identify hidden patterns and relationships in complex data.
• Support experimentation, hypothesis testing, and model validation.
• Partner with business, operations, and tech teams to define analytical requirements.
• Translate business challenges into data-science use cases.
• Generate insights and recommendations to improve performance.
• Develop reusable analytical assets, models, and reporting frameworks.
• Utilize AI/ML techniques including NLP and generative AI where appropriate.
• Monitor and evaluate model performance and suggest enhancements.
• Present findings to stakeholders.
• Contribute to data science best practices and continuous improvement initiatives.
