Job summary

Tata Consultancy Services in Seattle seeks a data science professional to analyze MRO and supply chain data, build NLP and GenAI models, and deploy data-driven solutions. You will develop AWS-based data models, test and validate models, and collaborate with stakeholders to optimize operations.

Responsibilities include prototyping ML solutions, setting up monitoring, and documenting Runbooks. Experience in AI frameworks and cloud-native tooling is essential for impact and scalability.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in AWS services, AI/ML modeling, data engineering and analytics.
• Strong Python or other programming language skills.
• Experience with unstructured data processing and NLP.
• Experience with generative AI and agentic AI frameworks.
• Apply analytics to business problems with data.
• Develop, test and validate ML models from historical data.
• Develop data models using AWS services (Sagemaker, Glue, Lambda, S3, Redshift).
• Publish metrics (accuracy, precision, recall, F1-Score, MSE, R-squared).
• Configure monitoring, logging and alerting (CloudWatch, SNS).
• Write modular code that passes security scans and deploy automation for infra changes.
• Document Runbooks and cloud/code assets.
• Conduct testing and validation of data and models.
• Strong knowledge of supply chain: inventory, procurement, logistics.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand the current MRO process flow.
• Gather actionable insights into the process and supply chain for maintenance, repair, and overhaul operations.
• Analyze data to identify optimization opportunities for quality and speed.
• Incorporate models into a broader application to drive actions by business and operations.
• Modeling & Advanced Analytics.
• Algorithmic processing of financial data to generate structured reports.
• Validate accuracy of reports against human-written data.
• NLP/GenAI Modeling to derive insights from unstructured notes.
• Identify data trends to flag stale, erroneous records.
• Develop project plans with milestones and deliverables.
• Report progress, risks and future work to stakeholders.
• Follow Agile development practices.
• Develop secure, scalable architectures with best practices.
• Ingest data with AWS services and build reusable components.
