Qualifications

• Proficiency in Python, SQL and ML workflows.
• Cloud data platforms, notebooks and pipelines experience.
• Translate business problems into measurable analytical objectives.
• Awareness of data quality, privacy, bias and responsible AI.
• Experience in Retail, Healthcare, Pharmacy analytics, or regulated data preferred.
• Business problem framing, hypotheses and success metrics.
• Data exploration, preparation and validation of structured/unstructured data.
• Develop, compare and validate statistical/ML/AI models.
• Collaborate with engineering to operationalize solutions.
• Design experiments and communicate findings, limitations and recommendations.
• Monitor model performance, drift, quality, fairness and business impact.
• Document assumptions, lineage, methodology and governance requirements.
• Managerial: storytelling and stakeholder communication.
