Job summary

Guidehouse in Tysons, VA seeks a data engineering/analytics professional to advance Navy mission objectives by building Palantir Foundry data pipelines, ontologies, and mission-focused workflows. You will develop demos and decision-support tools to help Navy leaders visualize challenges and adopt modern data capabilities.

You will also automate reporting, design dashboards with Power BI and Power Apps, and integrate ML models into mission-tailored Foundry environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in data science or a related quantitative field.
• 1+ years in data engineering, analytics, automation, or AI/ML development.
• Proficiency in Python and workflow automation tools.
• Experience with dashboards/pipelines using Power BI, Power Apps, and Python.
• Familiarity with SQL, GitHub, version control practices.
• Consulting competencies: mission translation, stakeholder engagement, exec briefings.

Responsibilities

• Advance Navy objectives by building and sustaining Palantir Foundry data pipelines and workflows.
• Develop demos and decision-support tools to visualize operations and actions.
• Increase analytic velocity by automating reporting and creating scalable workflows.
• Design dashboards and AI-enabled workflows for leadership metrics and readiness.
• Integrate ML models and APIs into mission-tailored Foundry environments.
• Collaborate with Navy managers, Fleet users, and technical teams on actionable plans.
• Support Agile and DevSecOps processes for secure, scalable mission analytics.
• Facilitate training and data-literacy engagements across Navy user groups.
