Triumph is seeking a Data Scientist to own quantitative systems driving pricing, payouts, and matchmaking for millions of players. You will build models touching money and user outcomes, collaborating with a small, high-output quant team that operates like a trading desk.

You will shape pricing engines, retention levers, and growth strategies through rigorous experimentation and real-time production systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative subject.
• Expertise in probability, statistics, ML, or mathematics.
• Proficiency in Python and SQL.
• Experience with large-scale user or behavioral datasets.

Responsibilities

• Monetization & Pricing: Develop pricing engines and payout structures.
• User Journey & Retention: Model full player lifecycle to improve retention and LTV.
• Experimentation: Design and analyze experiments with robust statistics.
• Behavioral Modeling: Build ML models on high-frequency user data for product decisions.
• Growth & Acquisition: Model acquisition spend and optimize channels for monetization.
• Cross-Functional Impact: Translate model outputs into shipped features with engineering and product teams.
