Job description

We're looking for a Data Scientist / ML Scientist, who will play a significant role in driving the DS vision/roadmap and build our ML models and Agentic AI products.

What you'll do:

• Design, implement, and research ML algorithms to solve growth and personalization problems and continuously fine-tune/improve them.

• Design and develop AI-driven autonomous agents to execute complex workflows across various applications and objectives.

• Implement and improve offline model evaluation methods.

• Analyze large business datasets to extract and communicate insights to critical business questions, leveraging traditional statistics or ML methodologies.

• Present data-based insights and recommendations to product, growth, and data science teams at Auxia's customers.

• Stay updated on ML research through literature reviews, conferences, and networking.

The data science team consists of 2 people currently (1 in India and 1 in the US).
