Job summary

ManpowerGroup’s Experis is seeking a Data Scientist to join its data analytics team in New York. You will support marketing, sales and leadership with data-driven insights and predictive modeling.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years of hands-on data science experience, strong Python and SQL skills, and excellent communication to translate complex analyses into clear business recommendations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS, statistics, mathematics, data science or related field.
• At least 3 years of hands-on data science experience with ML and statistics.
• Strong Python and SQL skills and database management.
• Experience with data architectures and visualization tools (OBIEE/Tableau; QlikSense/Power BI a plus).
• Excellent communication and ability to manage multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to analyze large datasets for product and customer programs.
• Design, test, and implement data-driven solutions including reporting and preparing databases for analysis.
• Build and deploy ML algorithms to develop predictive models improving customer experience and business outcomes.
• Create visualizations and reports to communicate insights to stakeholders.
• Monitor and optimize model performance and data accuracy in production.
