Job summary

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field or related experience.
  • 4+ years of data science or analytics experience.
  • Proficiency in Python (or R) and SQL for data manipulation and analysis.
  • Experience applying statistical analysis, classification, regression, or clustering.
  • Experience with data visualization tools such as matplotlib or Tableau.

Responsibilities

  • Develop analytic models and data processing workflows against structured and unstructured datasets.
  • Clean, filter, transform, and enrich data to support exploratory and production analytics.
  • Build visualizations and dashboards for exploratory and comparative analysis.
  • Support integration of analytic capabilities into program systems alongside development teams.
  • Collaborate with analysts and Product Owners to refine analytic requirements into working solutions.
  • Document methodologies, assumptions, and model behavior.
  • Participate in Agile ceremonies and deliver within sprint and PI commitments.
