Job summary

Robotic Technologies Automation in the United States seeks a senior AI Strategy leader to design and implement agentic AI systems across Healthcare Digital and operations platforms. You will build multi-agent ecosystems, governance layers, and MCP integrations to scale secure task execution.

You will coach data scientists and engineers, collaborate with clinical, IT, and operations leadership, and ensure privacy, HIPAA, and governance standards while delivering measurable value.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
• 6+ years in data science/AI engineering with 2+ years in technical leadership.
• Hands-on experience building agentic AI systems and MCP integration frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategy, architecture, and implementation of agentic AI systems for Healthcare Digital.
• Design and manage MCP servers to provide structured, secure tool access across platforms.
• Build multi-agent systems with clear roles for planning, QA, data retrieval, and copilots.
• Develop governance layers, routing, and safety controls for task execution and tool use.
• Coach and mentor data scientists, ML engineers, and AI engineers; partner with clinical and IT leadership.

Qualifications

Required

• Bachelor’sdegreeinarelevantfieldorequivalentprofessionalexperience.
• 6+yearsofexperienceindatascience,AIengineering,orappliedML,including2+yearsofteamleadershiportechnicalmanagement.
• Hands-onexperiencebuildingagenticAIsystems,including:
• Tool-usingagents
• Planning/monitoringagents
• StrongexperiencewithMCPserversorsimilaragentintegrationframeworks(e.g.,LangChaintools,AutoGen,OpenAItoolcalling).
• ProficiencyinPython,SQL,MLframeworks(PyTorch,TensorFlow,scikit-learn).
• Experiencewithclouddataandcomputeplatforms(Azure,Databricks,AWS,orGCP).
• StrongunderstandingofLLMs,RAGpipelines,structuredtoolprotocols,andknowledgegraphintegration.
• Excellentcommunication,stakeholderpartnership,andproduct-orientedthinking.
