**This position is contingent upon award of contract/contract requirements.**
ALEX - Alternative Experts is hiring a full-time Data Scientist to join a team supporting the USMC Common Output Levels of Service Support (COLS) program. This program aids Marine Corps Installation Command (MCICOM) with management, data, and systems to: recommend risk-based performance priorities, oversee priority achievement, demonstrate resource needs to USMC leadership, align available funds, improve cost effectiveness through data-driven analyses. The program aligns with Planning, Programming, Budgeting, Execution, and Assessment (PPBEA) and the Marine Corps' version of the Defense Readiness Reporting System (DRRS).
Required Skills, Experience, and Qualifications:
The Data Scientist will be the core team member to guide pipeline design and implementation, recommend optimal military databases, and facilitate access to models and tools to drive impactful analytic results.
