You will report to the Director of IT and Cybersecurity Audit and work in-office for the first 90 days, then transition to a hybrid schedule.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in data analysis, statistical modeling, or another related field.
• 2+ years of experience developing and implementing advanced analytics models, machine learning models, or statistical algorithms.
• 2+ years of experience managing or contributing to data science, analytics, or machine learning projects from development through implementation.

Responsibilities

• Apply expertise in machine learning, statistical modeling, and data analysis to develop and implement advanced algorithms and analytical solutions.
• Manage endtoend data science projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives and the successful delivery of actionable insights.
• Provide mentorship and guidance to junior data scientists, fostering a collaborative and innovative team culture.
• Contribute to the strategic vision of the Data Science team, providing input on initiatives that align with business objectives.
• Apply strong analytical and problemsolving skills to address complex data challenges and generate valuable insights.
