Job summary

Credit Karma seeks a data-driven analyst to join the Partnerships Analytics team, supporting the Insurance vertical. You will use SQL to analyze datasets, build dashboards, and deliver actionable insights that guide partner growth and strategic decisions.

In this role you will own end-to-end analytic work streams, develop learning agendas, and communicate results clearly to non-technical stakeholders and partners.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience in analytics, strategy, consulting, finance, or related quantitative field.
• Strong SQL proficiency to independently extract, manipulate, and analyze large datasets.
• Experience translating complex analysis into actionable business recommendations for non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience building dashboards and performance reporting in Tableau or Looker.
• Solid understanding of statistical concepts and applying them to business problems.

Responsibilities

• Use data to develop strategic recommendations that create measurable value for Credit Karma and partners.
• Develop learning agendas and test plans to support data-driven decisions.
• Build analytical frameworks to evaluate partner performance and portfolio health.
• Query and analyze large datasets to evaluate credit performance trends and growth opportunities.
• Design and maintain scalable reporting solutions in BI tools and deliver insights to stakeholders.
• Partner with Business Development to support partner growth with structured analysis and scenario modeling.
• Own end-to-end analytic work streams and deliver actionable insights for cross-functional teams.
