Qualifications

• 1+ years of data querying languages and scripting experience
• 2+ years in a data/research scientist, statistician, or quantitative analyst role
• 1+ years of creating or contributing to educational content
• Master's degree in STEM or equivalent experience

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable models and prototypes
• Partner with scientists, engineers, and product leaders to solve employee experience defects
• Author and maintain technical documentation for projects
• Communicate results to diverse audiences with writing and visuals
• Stay current with methods and technologies and apply them strategically
