The role blends in-person and remote work, with the option to work from home up to two days per week.

Candidates should have a strong foundation in machine learning and data analysis, experience with Python/C++/R, and the ability to obtain a U.S. DOE Q-level clearance.

Qualifications

• U.S. citizenship with ability to obtain DOE Q-level security clearance.
• Bachelor’s degree in data science, CS, math, statistics, or related field.
• Strong foundation in data science life cycle: research, feature engineering, modeling, deployment.
• Experience with Python, C++, or R in Linux/Windows environments.
• Experience with ML libraries (scikit-learn, PyTorch, TensorFlow).
• Ability to work independently in a multidisciplinary team.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate across data-intensive applications, NLP, graph analysis, and ML teams.
• Develop and integrate state-of-the-art algorithms, software, and systems.
• Contribute to scalable tool development and performance modeling.
