Amazon Web Services, Inc. is seeking a Data Scientist to join its AWS Support Capacity Planning team in Seattle or Dallas. You will model contact and volume forecasting, build predictive/models, and drive operational improvements using statistics and machine learning.

You will collaborate with data engineering, tooling, operations and finance teams, owning modeling projects from concept to execution in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of data scientist experience.
• 3+ years of data querying languages (e.g. SQL) or scripting languages (e.g. Python) experience.
• Experience with machine learning/statistical modeling in applied environments.

Responsibilities
