Qualifications

• 5+ лет опыта в DS/ML с фокусом на современный AI стек.
• Опыт с RAG-системами: векторные базы данных, embedding-модели и семантический поиск.
• Практический опыт работы с LLM: тонкая настройка, инженерия промптов и оценка.
• Опыт в аудио/речевой обработке (ASR, diarization, детекция аудиособытий).
• Знания разработки GenAI продуктов и LLM-логики.
• MLOps для развёртывания и мониторинга LLM и аудио-моделей.
• Опыт потоковых и асинхронных пайплайнов.
• Умение программировать на Python и базовые DS/ML библиотеки.
• Уровень английского Intermediate+ и выше.

Responsibilities

• Дизайн и развёртывание CV-моделей для liveness detection и anti-spoofing.
• Построение NLP-пайплайнов для извлечения поведенческих сигналов и анализа инцидентов.
• Управление полным ML-циклом: аннотация данных, обучение, развёртывание и мониторинг.
• Разработка и поддержка систем обнаружения мошенничества и злоупотреблений.
• Участие в формировании оценок безопасности на основе поведенческих/исторических данных.
• Интеграция ML-моделей с бэкендом и мобильной инфраструктурой.
• Участие в обсуждении архитектуры системы.
• Сотрудничество с продуктовой командой по определению гипотез и их валидации.

Andersen is a pre-IPO software development company providing full-cycle services to enterprises and mid-sized firms. The company develops digital solutions using innovative technologies and follows project management standards and best practices.

Задачи:

• Design and deploy CV models for liveness detection and anti-spoofing;
• Build NLP pipelines for behavioral signal extraction and incident analysis;
• Own the full ML lifecycle, including data annotation, training, deployment, and monitoring;
• Develop and maintain fraud and abuse detection systems;
• Contribute to safety scoring using behavioral and historical data;
• Integrate ML models with backend services and mobile infrastructure;
• Participate in system architecture discussions;
• Collaborate with the product team on hypothesis definition and validation.

Требования:

• 5+ Years of experience in DS/ML with a strong focus on the modern AI stack;
• Hands-on experience with RAG systems, including vector databases, embedding models, and semantic search;
• Practical LLM experience with fine-tuning, system-level prompt engineering, and LLM evaluation;
• Experience with audio and speech processing, such as ASR, speaker diarization, audio event detection, or conversation analysis;
• Familiarity with GenAI product development and LLM-based reasoning pipelines;
• MLOps skills for deploying and monitoring LLM and audio models in production;
• Experience with streaming and asynchronous data pipelines;
• Proficiency in Python and core DS/ML libraries;
• English at Intermediate+ level or above;
• Nice to have: understanding of safety, risk, or compliance contexts.
