Job summary

ManpowerGroup is seeking a Data Scientist to design and validate advanced analytical and ML solutions that drive business insights. You will translate challenges into mathematical models and collaborate with IT, Data Engineering, and enterprise AI teams to deploy governed AI/ML lifecycle solutions.

The role requires experience with SQL, Python/R, and cloud platforms, plus strong collaboration with stakeholders across North America POD. Hybrid work arrangement and travel up to 5% are expected.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of relevant experience in Data Science, ML, or closely related field.
• Proficiency in SQL and programming (Python, R); Cloud platforms Azure/Snowflake.
• Bachelor's degree in quantitative field or related experience.

Responsibilities

• Design and create experimental analytical and ML solutions to quantify impacts on business outcomes.
• Translate problems into predictive, prescriptive, optimization, and decision models.
• Collaborate with IT and Data Engineers to define data requirements and pipelines.
