Qualifications

• 5+ years in data science with ownership of experimentation, causal inference, or predictive modeling
• Strong product and business sense; connect analysis to decisions and revenue
• Strong statistical foundations; know when a result shouldn't be trusted
• Expert SQL and Python
• Experience using AI tools to accelerate analytical work

Responsibilities

• Own causal inference and experimentation
• Define how we measure the business and build metric trees
• Build predictive models and forecasting frameworks
• Go deep on tough questions and root-cause anomalies
