Job summary

Jerry.ai is seeking a data science & analytics professional to join our central team and embed with growth, product, AI/automation, or partnerships. You will own analytical work end-to-end for your business unit, from problem definition to driving data-informed decisions and measurable outcomes.

You will pull, structure, and interpret data using SQL and Python, build dashboards in Metabase, and communicate findings clearly to leadership.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience at a consulting firm, investment bank, or high-growth technology company.
• Strong analytical skills; ability to pull, structure, and interpret data independently.
• Track record of owning ambiguous problems and delivering impact.
• Clear, persuasive communicator who can influence decisions at the leadership level.

Responsibilities

• Define the right problems: understand the business question and the decision it informs.
• Data and insights: define metrics, build reports, run analyses, design experiments, surface data insights.
• Drive outcomes: present recommendations to product, growth, finance or operations and push for action.
