Qualifications

• 2-3 years of relevant, post‑graduate professional experience as a Data Scientist or in a comparable analytics role.
• Ability to design and develop interactive dashboards to communicate, visualize, and monitor analytical results using Python or R-based frameworks (e.g. R Shiny, Dash, Flask)
• Experience with large datasets and production-grade analytics.
• Experience with Generative AI and retrieval augmented generation concepts.
• Experience communicating insights to stakeholders and translating business needs into scalable data products.

Responsibilities

• Explore data and prototype analytical approaches in repeatable workflows.
• Design, validate, and monitor interpretable machine learning models.
• Deliver analytical solutions from prototype to production in collaboration with engineering and testing partners.
• Act as a bridge across business, product, and engineering teams to gather and document requirements.
• Define and track performance metrics to measure solution effectiveness and business impact.
