PNC Financial Services Group, Inc. is seeking a Data Scientist to join the Corporate and Institutional Banking (CIB) team.

You will collaborate with business stakeholders, product managers, and engineering to explore data, build interpretable ML solutions, and deploy them into production to drive growth across Sales, Credit, Underwriting, and Operations. The ideal candidate brings strong analytics experience with data analysis, ML, and GenAI; must translate business needs into scalable data

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of relevant, post‑graduate professional experience as a Data Scientist or in a comparable analytics role.
• Ability to design and develop interactive dashboards to communicate, visualize, and monitor analytical results using Python or R‑based frameworks (e.g. R Shiny, Dash, Flask)

Responsibilities

• Perform analytical tasks on vast amounts of structured and unstructured data to extract actionable business insights.
• Participate in data gathering, data processing and data mining of large datasets.
• Develop algorithms using advanced mathematical and statistical techniques like machine learning to predict business outcomes and recommend actions to management.
• Run analytical experiments methodically to identify opportunities for product and process optimization; present insights using visualization tools.
• Collaborate with Data Architects, Data Analysts, Data Engineers and Visualization Experts to develop data-driven solutions.
