Qualifications

• Advanced degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Physics, Economics or related field.
• Strong statistical programming skills in SQL, R and/or Python with version control experience.
• Experience building ETL pipelines, job-scheduling and multi-step data workflows.
• Ability to communicate statistical concepts clearly to diverse audiences.

Responsibilities

• Champion research innovation and establish a program of excellence from concept to interpretation of consumer research.
• Leverage statistical and causal-inference methods to design scalable recruitment and sampling for global studies.
• Collaborate across the research cycle to support survey design, deployment, evaluation and interpretation.
• Consult with Privacy and Data Engineering to ensure compliant data collection and handling across surveys and focus groups.
• Partner with product and message engineering to develop outreach capabilities for customer research.
• Develop dashboards, tools and publications to guide research at scale and drive impact.
• Collaborate with researchers, engineers and data scientists to apply methods to day-to-day questions and larger problems.
