Job summary

Trideum Corporation in Huntsville, AL, is seeking a Data Scientist/Analytics Engineer to turn data into actionable insights for the Army AMC CTO. You will design and maintain dashboards, data pipelines, and AI workflows to monitor technology use, ROI, and program maturity.

Collaborate with data scientists and enterprise architects to ensure traceability from source to recommendation, define KPIs, and deliver monthly dashboards and annual reports. Travel up to 25%.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline (e.g., data science, engineering, math, CS).
• Proven experience building operational dashboards and data visualizations for real-time decision support.
• Strong experience building data pipelines and integrating data from diverse sources.
• Expertise in business process digitalization and data traceability.
• 4+ years of relevant professional experience.
• Proficiency in Python, R, SQL; familiarity with Tableau/Power BI/Qlik; experience with ADVANA, Palantir Foundry, Databricks, Snowflake, Azure Synapse.
• Ability to define objective scoring criteria and KPIs for technology assessments.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for non-technical stakeholders.
• Active Secret clearance or U.S. citizenship with ability to obtain/maintain Secret clearance.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain executive dashboards and AI pipelines.
• Build data pipelines and visualizations in enterprise platforms to monitor key metrics (usage, consumption, APIs).
• Digitize manual processes across AMC staffs.
• Design repeatable assessments to measure maturity, performance, risk and alignment.
• Ensure data traceability from source through analyses to recommendations.
• Define metrics, data requirements and KPIs for testing new technologies.
• Produce monthly portfolio dashboards and quarterly/annual reports.
• Travel up to 25%.
