Job summary

L.E.K. Consulting is seeking a Data Scientist to join the DDA practice, within Data Science & Engineering, applying analytics, ML, and AI to build models and analytic products for client engagements.

You will work with data scientists, strategy consultants and client teams to translate complex technical work into measurable business outcomes, including LLM-based and agentic AI solutions, delivering scalable and maintainable applications.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of applied data science experience.
• Proficiency with Python data science libraries (scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch).
• Experience deploying ML models in cloud and MLOps practices.
• Ability to translate technical outputs into client-ready insights.
• Experience with agentic AI and LangChain is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support end-to-end data science projects from concept to deployment.
• Deploy advanced ML models in client environments with scalable, reliable solutions.
• Guide clients in interpreting results and integrating insights into workflows.
• Contribute to development of analytical apps and IP assets.
• Collaborate with data scientists, consultants and clients to deliver value.
