L.E.K. Consulting is seeking a Data Scientist to join the Data, Digital, and AI practice, working at the intersection of analytics, ML, and applied AI.

You will build models and analytical products powering client engagements and proprietary IP, collaborating across data science, engineering and consulting teams. You will develop and deploy ML solutions, translate results into business impact, and contribute to state-of-the-art analytical apps while advancing client outcomes in a fast-paced,

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of applied data science experience.
• Proficient Python with data science libraries.
• Experience deploying ML models in cloud environments.
• Experience with MLOps and CI/CD for ML.
• Familiarity with LangChain/agentic AI is a plus.
• Strong communication and collaboration with clients and teams.

Responsibilities

• Support end-to-end data science projects from concept through deployment.
• Deploy advanced ML models in clients' cloud environments.
• Translate analytical outputs into measurable business insights.
• Collaborate with data scientists, strategy consultants and client teams.
• Develop analytical apps and proprietary data assets and tools.
