Job summary

L.E.K. Consulting in the United States seeks a Data Scientist to join our Data, Digital, and AI practice. You will build ML models and analytical apps, working with clients across industries to drive measurable outcomes.

Ideal candidates have hands-on ML/deployment experience, fluency in Python, SQL, and cloud platforms, and thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative consulting environment with ownership and continuous learning.

Qualifications

• Degree in a quantitative and/or business discipline preferred.
• 2+ years of applied data science with ML, statistics, and analysis.
• Fluency in Python with data science libraries, SQL, and Spark.
• Experience deploying ML models in cloud environments (AWS/Azure/GCP).
• Experience with MLOps: CI/CD, model versioning, monitoring.
• Exposure to agentic AI and LangChain is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support end-to-end data science projects from concept to deployment in client environments.
• Deploy advanced ML models in clients' cloud environments, focusing on scalability and reliability.
• Translate results into measurable business insights and client recommendations.
• Develop analytical apps using modern ML algorithms to solve complex problems.
• Collaborate with data scientists, consultants, and client teams to deliver impact.
