Qualifications

• Strong proficiency in SQL, Python, and R; experience with data mining, predictive modeling and statistical analysis.

Responsibilities

• Understand business challenges and plan data needs to improve performance.
• Extract and synthesize data from internal systems and external sources for insights.
• Perform statistical analyses, trials, and predictive modeling.
• Apply modeling to high-volume data from multiple sources.
• Collaborate across teams to translate findings into action.
• Evaluate operational changes and quantify impact.
• Develop new methodologies, including AI/ML when appropriate.
• Present results clearly and drive data-informed decisions.
