Job summary

PNC is seeking a Data Scientist to join the Data & Automation - AI Governance & Oversight org. Based in Birmingham, AL (in-office), you will drive governance, analytics, and AI-related reporting with cross-functional partners across Legal, Ethics, HR, Risk, and Tech.

Responsibilities include governance forum operations, data mining, modeling, and presenting insights to senior leadership. Proficiency in Python, Tableau, and Power BI is preferred; sponsorship for visas is not provided.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in a quantitative field.
• 3+ years of data science experience.
• Proficient in Python, SQL, and data visualization tools.

Responsibilities

• Perform analytical tasks on structured and unstructured data to extract actionable insights.
• Develop algorithms using machine learning to predict business outcomes.
• Conduct data gathering, processing and mining of large datasets.
• Present insights to management using visualization and data storytelling.
• Collaborate with Data Architects, Analysts, Engineers, and Visualization Experts to build data-driven solutions.
