Qualifications

• Master's degree in Business Analytics, Statistics, CS or related field.
• Data Scientist: 2+ years of data science/predictive analytics in (re)insurance or 4+ years predictive modeling in other industries.

Responsibilities

• Build and deploy AI/ML models in collaboration with the Data Science team.
• Test and validate models before deployment and monitor post-deployment performance.
• Explain modeling results to stakeholders and translate insights into action.
• Mentor junior team members and contribute to modeling best practices.
