We focus on developing and maintaining predictive models that support all domains across the business. You will test, deploy, monitor and improve AI/GenAI models in a hybrid environment to drive measurable business value.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Business Analytics, Statistics, Computer Science, or Statistics/Math related fields.
• Data Scientist: 2+ years in data science/predictive analytics in (re)insurance or 4+ years in another industry.
• Sr. Data Scientist: 4+ years in (re)insurance or 6+ years in another industry.

Responsibilities

• Build and deploy AI/ML models with general guidance.
• Collaborate with ML Engineers and Data Science teams on model deployments and testing.
• Develop modeling presentations and present results to stakeholders.
• Address loosely defined problems with creative analytics approaches.
• Prepare data, identify anomalies, and apply adjustments as guided.
• Document assumptions, results, and alternatives for teams.
