Qualifications

• 5 years of relevant experience applying data science techniques to business functions.
• Specialization in ML/AI or data science preferred.
• Experience with ML algorithms (regression, clustering, neural networks) and statistics.
• Proficient with Python, R, SQL, SAS, Excel, Tableau, Power BI and Jupyter.
• Experience in professional services or law firms and agile methodologies.
• Ability to present insights to non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities

• Identify opportunities to leverage data to drive business solutions.
• Prioritize, scope and manage data science projects for stakeholders.
• Mine and analyze data to drive product development, marketing and business strategies.
• Assess new data sources and data gathering techniques.
• Apply AI, databases, HCI, numerical analysis and software engineering to models.
• Develop custom data models and algorithms.
• Use predictive modeling to optimize client opportunities.
• Write programs and analyze large datasets to solve complex problems.
• Develop testing frameworks and assess model quality.
• Coordinate with teams to implement models and monitor outcomes.
• Develop processes to monitor modeling performance and data accuracy.
• Establish best practices for data analysis and reporting.
• Other duties as assigned.
