Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, data science, statistics, applied mathematics or related field.
• 5 years of relevant experience applying data science techniques to business functions.
• Specialization in machine learning, artificial intelligence or data science preferred; self-driven and creative.
• Experience with common data science tools: Python, R, SQL, SAS, NLTK, Scikit-Learn, Excel, Tableau, Power BI, Jupyter; big data tools like Hadoop, Azure.

Responsibilities

• Works with internal stakeholders and clients to identify opportunities for leveraging organizational data to drive business solutions.
• Prioritizes, scopes and manages data science projects for internal stakeholders and clients.
• Mines and analyzes data to drive optimization and improvement of product development, marketing techniques and business strategies.
• Develops custom data models and algorithms to apply to data sets.
• Uses predictive modeling to increase and optimize client opportunities and business outcomes.
