Job summary

ALLO is seeking a Data Scientist who partners with Marketing, Sales, Product, and Operations to translate complex business questions into measurable analytical problems. You will build ML/DL models, create data-driven narratives, and advise on data-driven decision-making across the organization.

You will work with cutting-edge systems including Google Looker, Gemini Enterprise, and BigQuery to support AI initiatives and scalable data infrastructure.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field. Master's preferred.
• 3+ years in an analytical role (Data Analyst/Data Scientist).
• Experience building AI agents and agentic workflows.

Responsibilities

• Frame business problems and define analytical objectives.
• Design, evaluate, and deploy ML/DL models for business problems.
• Develop narratives and present insights to diverse audiences.
