Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in a quantitative field; Master's preferred.
• 3+ years in an analytical role with stakeholder engagement and solution delivery.
• 1+ year developing AI agents and agentic workflows, prompting AI models.

Responsibilities

• Frame business problems, translate questions into analytical hypotheses, define objectives and resources.
• Develop ML/DL models and deploy analytical solutions; present insights to non-technical audiences.
• Engage stakeholders, facilitate workshops, champion data-driven decision making.
• Maintain data pipelines; advise on analytics tools and best practices.
