Job summary

ACE Group, a Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business, seeks a Data Scientist to lead analyses of complex programmatic data and apply CAPRA and GenAI models. You will collaborate with a multi-network data management specialist to ensure data integrity and generate actionable insights for sustainment, readiness, and capability gaps.

Ideal candidates have TS clearance, experience with AI/ML, and foundational data manipulation skills in Python, R, or SQL.

Qualifications

• Top Secret Clearance with SAP eligibility required.
• Experience delivering results on multi-level security projects.
• Degree in data science or analytics, with strong statistical background.

Responsibilities

• Lead analysis of programmatic and technical data from multiple sources.
• Collaborate with data management specialist to organize large datasets.
• Apply AI/ML models (CAPRA, GenAI) for gap and business case analyses.
• Develop prompts to optimize AI outputs for project needs.
• Build and validate predictive models for readiness and resources.
• Create concise visualizations and data summaries for stakeholders.
• Produce technical reports to support decision-making.
• Work with engineers, logisticians, and program managers on data-driven insights.
