Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or 4 years equivalent experience; Master’s preferred.
• Three to five years of relevant Data Science experience.
• Strong knowledge of statistical/econometric/AI/ML methods.
• Experience with data management and BI tools.
• Ability to translate stakeholder needs into actionable analytics.

Responsibilities

• Solve complex business problems through data analysis and modeling using statistical, econometric, or AI/ML techniques.
• Develop, document, test, and maintain analytics and reports in line with internal policies and procedures.
• Advise on best practices for data manipulation; identify relevant data sources and frame business scenarios.
• Partner with stakeholders to define requirements, iterating with feedback.
• Create clear visualizations that help end-users understand and apply results.
• Mentor interns and lead bank-wide communities of practice on analytics and AI.
• Design and implement data architecture strategies that support business strategy.
• Define and track business metrics to demonstrate impact over time.
• Partner with data stewards to ensure data quality and effective solutions.
• Serve as a go-to quantitative resource for advanced methods and developments.
• Promote reuse of coding assets through modular design and GitLab.
