Guidehouse is seeking a hands-on data analytics professional to design, develop, and maintain solutions that help clients turn data into actionable insights. You will work with client teams to deliver dashboards, reporting tools, and analytics capabilities that support both operational and strategic decision-making.

The role calls for strong technical skills, sound judgment, and the ability to communicate clearly with technical and nontechnical stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• At least five years of experience in data analytics, data science, business analytics, or data engineering.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a federal or DHS Public Trust.
• Experience developing dashboards and visualizations, preferably using Power BI, and working with data cleaning and transformation tools such as Python.
• Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills, including the ability to explain technical topics to nontechnical audiences and present findings to clients.
• Ability to gather client requirements, manage competing priorities, and respond effectively to quick-turn and ad hoc requests.
• Preferred experience includes working with financial or budget data; dashboard UI/UX; PowerApps; Python and R; ETL/ELT and data integration; cloud analytics environments such as Databricks, Palantir, AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud; and budget, financial management, or workload modeling.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and enhance Power BI dashboards and data visualization solutions that provide clients with relevant, reliable analytics insights.
• Develop, lead, and review data cleaning and transformation scripts, including solutions using Python.
• Maintain and improve dashboards, analytics solutions, and reporting tools used for operational and strategic decisions.
• Work with stakeholders to understand requirements, translate business needs into technical solutions, and communicate results clearly.
• Balance planned project work with competing priorities and time-sensitive client requests while maintaining a strong focus on service quality.
• Contribute to business development activities, including RFP, RFQ, and RFI responses and white papers, as well as internal firm initiatives and ongoing professional development.

This position requires the ability to obtain and maintain a federal or DHS Public Trust. Travel may be required up to 10% of the time. The annual salary range is $113,000 to $188,000. Compensation is determined by multiple factors, including skills, experience, training, security clearances, certifications, and business needs.
