About the Job
We are looking for a Data Scientist with expertise in LLMs (Large Language Models), Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), and Generative AI to join our team. You will develop and implement AI/ML models that drive impactful business solutions while working with diverse datasets, optimizing model performance, and deploying scalable AI systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement machine learning models, including classification, regression, clustering, and recommendation systems.
• Build and manage end-to-end data science pipelines, including data preprocessing, feature engineering, model development, and deployment.
• Work extensively with LLMs, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), and Generative AI to build advanced AI-driven applications.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI models into production environments.
• Optimize and fine-tune deep learning models, including CNNs, RNNs, Transformers, and NLP techniques such as sentiment analysis and text classification.
• Work with structured and unstructured data, including text, images, and sensor data.
• Ensure model scalability, accuracy, and alignment with business objectives.
• Continuously evaluate and enhance AI/ML models, keeping them up to date with the latest research and advancements.

Key Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 3+ years of hands-on experience in Data Science, Machine Learning, and AI.
• Strong proficiency in Python and experience with libraries such as Pandas, Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch.
• Expertise in LLMs, RAG, and Generative AI, with experience in training, fine-tuning, and deploying large-scale AI models.
• Experience in building and deploying machine learning models in production environments.
• Familiarity with NLP techniques, Deep Learning architectures (CNNs, RNNs, Transformers), and sentiment analysis.
• Experience working with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes) is a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to work with large, complex datasets.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills in a fast-paced, data-driven environment.
