Data Scientist - Global Threat Data - US (Remote)

A Series A funded company that aggregates, visualizes, and interprets global threat data including crime, violence, protests, and political instability to help businesses anticipate disruptions and protect their people, assets, and operations worldwide are looking for a Data Analyst to join their team.

What You'll Do:

• Analyze threat data using Python and SQL to solve specific customer problems
• Deploy solutions directly into production within focused sprints
• Create compelling visualizations and enhance our geoanalytics capabilities
• Collaborate with sales and customer success teams to drive insights

What We're Looking For:

• Advanced Python (pandas, numpy, plotly) and SQL (PostGIS/Postgres)
• Experience with geospatial libraries (geopandas, shapely, H3)
• Background in national security intelligence, risk analysis, cybersecurity, or similar fields
• 5+ years relevant experience
