Job summary

Syntrace in New York is hiring a Data Scientist to turn conversations and product usage into actionable insight. You will build models that measure the quality of our AI, find patterns in how customers interact with the product, and design experiments that drive improvement.

You’ll work closely with product and engineering teams on hard problems where accuracy is the product, in a founding role with real ownership and a senior team that has scaled companies before.

Qualifications

• Several years as a data scientist, ideally at a fast-growing company.
• Strong Python and SQL, with a solid grounding in statistics.
• Clear thinking and analytical mindset.

We are now hiring a Data Scientist, based in New York.

You will turn conversations and usage into insight: building models that measure the quality of what our AI delivers, finding patterns in how customers use the product and designing the experiments that make it better. You will work closely with our product and engineering teams.

Our users trust us with the most sensitive conversations they have. That makes security part of the product, not a feature on top of it.
